Rangeview/Divide
• Acquired lands from receiver Jan. 15, 2010
• 80% W.I. in 34 sections of land
• Restored suspended production to 100 boe/day net
• Additional suspended wells to be reactivated
• Two batteries fully equipped (free-water knockout, treaters, disposal facilities)
• Gas wells tied in to TransGas pipeline

Pembina
• High-impact Cardium development potential
• Earned 24.375% W.I. in one section of land
• Q1 2010 completed and tested the Ellerslie 75 mcf/day and 9 boe/day net
• Potential for Rock Creek, Notikewin and Viking formations

Ronalane
• Net production 35 bbl/day from 5 wells (27 API)
• Multi-well battery at 06-16
• One disposal well with capacity at 1,500 m3/day
• Recently purchased 23/4 sections of off-setting Crown land
• Several Sawtooth “attic” oil re-entry and horizontal kick-off opportunities

Brownfield
• Acquired 100% W.I. in three non-producing wells for cash and stock
• Obtained ERCB approval for field activities
