Kelly J. Ogle, President and CEO
Mr. Ogle was appointed as Trafina’s President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2008. He has 31 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, successfully building and selling several junior companies over that time. Mr. Ogle most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Upper Lake Oil and Gas Ltd., a TSX-listed oil and gas exploration company. Upper Lake was acquired by Monterey Exploration Ltd. in August 2008 in a transaction approved by 100% of Upper Lake’s shareholders.  Mr. Ogle was the President of Upper Lake’s predecessor company, Diamond Tree Energy Ltd. (TSX: DT) and the privately-owned Diamond Tree Resources Ltd. from 2004 to October 2007. Mr. Ogle is also the former President of Ranchgate Energy Inc., Connacher Oil and Gas Ltd. and Opal Energy Ltd., all TSX-listed oil and gas exploration companies.

Gary Taylor, Vice President of Finance and CFO
Mr. Taylor has more than 16 years of accounting experience in the oil and gas industry, most recently as Controller at Upper Lake Oil and Gas Ltd. (until 2008). Gary’s experience includes being the Controller for Diamond Tree Energy Ltd. (until 2007) and Blue Mountain Energy Ltd.

Ben VanRootselaar, Vice President of Engineering
Mr. VanRootselaar joined Trafina as Manager of Engineering in January 2009, previously holding the position of Engineering Consultant until 2008. Ben has 30 years of engineering experience in the oil and gas industry with a focus on production, operations and facilities.

Ed Marcinew,  Geological Consultant
Mr. Marcinew has 26 years experience in the oil and gas industry.

Jan Langley, Consulting Landman
Ms. Langley has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Donald J. Douglas
Mr. Douglas is the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Inc., a property development company.

Russell J. Kalmacoff
Mr. Kalmacoff is the President of real estate corporation Rockmount Corp.

Robert W. Lamond, (Chairman)
Mr. Lamond is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Diaz Resources Ltd., a TSX-V listed oil and gas company. He is also Chairman of the Board of Humboldt Capital Corporation, a public oil and gas investment company (TSX-V: HMB) and Sharon Energy Ltd., both listed on the TSX-V. Prior to managing Diaz, Mr. Lamond was President of Czar Resources Ltd. from 1974 to 1995, and President of Orbit Oil & Gas Ltd. from 1990 to 1998, both of which focused on the Canadian natural gas business and were listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Lamond is a geologist with over 36 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

C.A. (Tony) Teare
Mr. Teare is the Executive Vice President and a Director of Diaz Resources Ltd. He is also Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Humboldt Capital Corp., as well as serving as a director of various junior resource companies. Mr. Teare, a chartered accountant, was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Orbit Oil and Gas Ltd. and its predecessor companies from 1977 to 1998.

Roland T. Valentine
Mr. Valentine is an independent businessman. He has been a director of Trafina since 1991. Over the years he has served in the roles as President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
